We were there for 1 night in late October 2023. The location was superb. Right in the center of downtown Reykjavik. Just a couple of minutes walk from the rainbow road and lots of dining options nearby. The hotel had a "baby cot" ready for us. It was like a pack n play and my 15 months old baby slept through the night in it. I had booked for a "studio" but we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment! It was a nice surprise and very nice to have baby sleep in one room and the parents in another room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Lots of power outlets for our electronic needs. The breakfast selection was decent (boiled eggs, fresh bread, croissants, pastries, cold cut meats & cheese, fruits, Icelandic herring, coffee juice milk tea). It seemed like a typical selection for hotels that offered breakfast. We stayed in 6 different places during our time in Iceland and 3 hotels that had free breakfast had pretty much the same selection. The other 3 were either Airbnb or just didn't have breakfast included. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and offered to give my baby warm milk without us asking. A comfortable stay. Free parking space by the "apartment" section of the hotel.

A superb location, right in the middle of the city centre - and bang on the main street through Reykjavik, although we were in the apartments at the back of the complex and thus didn't hear any noise (if there was any - we don't know!) from the pedestrianised high street. Very reasonably priced, for the standard of accommodation and couldn't be at a better location - right in the heart of all the bars, restaurants and shops. The attached restaurant does fantastic food - particularly the buffet breakfast, and dinners, for which you get a discount, and there is a 3 hour happy hour. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and went out their way to ensure we had a great stay, from start to finish. We would definitely return.

I absolutely loved it . It’s better than in the pictures and it’s very spacious! The single bed is very big so you can easily sleep there! The location is perfect , it is super central and quiet . The breakfast was nice and satisfying. It is a great option for this city and I would definitely go back to it the next time I’m in Reykjavik. The staff were very friendly and helpful and quite loose , haha . They don’t mind if you eat breakfast twice for example. You just pass by, you say hi and they say hi back like you are a friend not a frozen typical behaviour . It’s great . It succeeded my expectations and I think it’s very good value for money considering the extreme prices of the city and the restaurants

Location is brilliant and we were able to check-in 2 hours earlier than expected. Beds very comfortable. TV had UK channels which was a nice touch when back in your room after a busy day. Breakfast was continental and fine; served in the Scandinavian bar/restaurant next door to reception. Bathroom was small, but functional with a walk-in shower. We were in a separate block outside the back of reception, which was fine and there was a lift. Slept very well and didn't hear any noise. Room cleaned each day. Fridge was good for keeping snacks and drinks cool. Checkout was a reasonable 11 am and we were able to store luggage until time to head to the airport.

This hotel is in the great location - right in the centre, short walk to everywhere. We got upgraded from a twin room to a two-bedroom apartment with a living room + fully equipped kitchen. It was great! The hotel is very nice, spotlessly clean and modern. Reception staff polite and helpful, both in person and via messages. Breakfast is included in the room rate and very good too. We were lucky to park in one of 3 free parking spots provided for hotel guests on a first come first serve basis
